well you can have e10% at 6 r.v.p. far less then the Sumer standards of (for most counties) between 7.8 and 9 rvp. they either need to have the waiver extended to e 15% or just eliminate the 1% waiver Mid level blends can actually have a lower rvp then regular gasoline blend stocks all depends on the mix from the refinery how much butane isobutane etc is added in if the butane was left out and isobutane your straight run gasoline, naphtha gas reformat and hydro cracked gas should have rvps below 4-5
